    List of Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission

    1. Birth certificate of the child.
    2. Notary attested Affidavit in case of First Child.
    3. Proof of Residence:
      • Voter ID Card / Aadhaar UID Card / Passport / Domicile Certificate / Ration Card / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill.
    4. Medical Document, in case of a child with special needs.
    5. The Admission Booklet, School Health Record Form, and Transport Form to be collected, filled, and deposited in the school.
    6. Colour passport size photograph of the child, one photograph each of the parents to be pasted in the admission booklet (Mandatory).
    ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION OF THE PHOTOCOPIES SUBMITTED BY THE PARENTS.
